Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom Orders will be are processed 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within 10kms of Dorrigo NSW 2453.
In stock order deliveries are made within 3 working days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Click + Collect - Currently Not Available Due To COVID19
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Mountain Merchant. After placing your order and selecting Click + Collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 working days for in stock items and 7 working days for custom orders. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 4pm on Monday - Friday and 9:30am - 2:30pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
